General Returns

We accept exchanges/returns within 14 days of receiving an item. It is important to carefully review your order before purchasing to ensure that the selected size/item is appropriate for your needs.

If you require an exchange or return, please submit a request through the contact form located at the bottom of this page. The request must include your name, address, postcode, and order number. Our team will promptly contact you.

All items must be returned within 14 days of the request, in their original, unused condition, including all flyers, packaging, and the invoice. Any returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 24-48 hours.

Please note that we are currently unable to cover any return postage costs.

If you order was apart of the OASIS ticket giveaway on our Instagram page. Due to the nature of the competition, all orders placed cannot be refunded. We will issue a online store credit if you wish a refund.
